"I tied up at Green River on (mm/dd/yyyy) at (hh:mm). Times and dates noted above are verified in my time slip and the Employee Federal Information section. I waited for (clean room/room)  at the Oak Tree Inn after my tie-up. Upon arrival at the (hotel) at XX:XXhrs. I received my room at (time) which is more than 30 minutes after arrival time. The Oak Tree Inn provides contract lodging for the Union Pacific Railroad at Green River, WY. Claiming a XX minutes account lodging not properly secured within a reasonable time per Article III, Section F of the BLET Agreement dated November 5th, 2021."
